Safyra does not promise absolute anonymity, privacy, security, or immunity from applicable laws. You remain responsible for your own devices, accounts, and online behavior.

Safyra may offer paid subscriptions, trial periods, and promotional access. Subscription details may vary by plan. Safyra may change plans or pricing at any time without affecting already paid active periods.
Safyra may provide trial access at its discretion, limited by time, device, or anti-abuse rules. Safyra may deny or revoke trial access if abuse is detected.
Safyra enforces device limits according to your plan. You may not share or resell VPN configurations, bypass device limits, or manipulate technical systems.
Safyra accepts payments through Telegram Stars, cryptocurrency, and other available methods. A subscription activates only after payment confirmation. Safyra is not responsible for third-party payment errors or blockchain delays.
Unless required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable after activation. Safyra may consider refunds for duplicate payment or technical failure caused by Safyra. Where mandatory consumer laws apply, those laws prevail.
You may not use Safyra for violating applicable laws, fraud, malware distribution, phishing, unauthorized system access, spam, harassment, copyright infringement, child exploitation, terrorism-related activity, or attacking Safyra infrastructure. Safyra may suspend or terminate access if prohibited use is detected.
You are solely responsible for complying with laws in your jurisdiction. VPN usage may be restricted in some jurisdictions. Safyra does not provide legal advice.
Safyra may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Safyra may terminate your access for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or legal requirements.
Safyra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Safyra disclaims all warranties including uninterrupted service, access to any specific website, merchantability, and absolute security or anonymity, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safyra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Safyra total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected subscription period.
Safyra may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Telegram bot, website, or application. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
