This Privacy Policy explains how Safyra collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses information when you use our website, Telegram bot, VPN service, applications, payment flows, support channels, and related services.

By using Safyra, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. Who We Are

2. Short Version

Safyra does not log the content of your VPN traffic.
Safyra does not monitor the websites or services you access through the VPN.
Safyra does not sell your personal data.
Safyra collects only the limited data necessary to operate subscriptions, manage device access, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Account and Subscription Data

Telegram user ID, subscription status and plan, subscription dates, number of device slots, account status, internal user ID.

3.2 Device and Technical Data

Unique client UUIDs for device slots, device labels you assign, last VPN connection timestamp, server assigned to configuration, configuration status.

3.3 Payment Data

For Telegram Stars, Telegram processes the payment; Safyra receives only confirmation data. For cryptocurrency, we may process transaction hash, amount, currency, wallet address, and invoice ID. Safyra does not store full card numbers, private keys, or seed phrases.

3.4 Support Communications

Messages, screenshots, and files you send to support; technical details necessary to diagnose issues.

4. What We Do NOT Collect

Safyra does not collect, store, or log: VPN traffic content, websites visited through the VPN, browsing history, DNS queries through the VPN, per-user traffic destination logs, or your originating IP address mapped to VPN traffic destinations.

5. How We Use Information

Safyra uses collected information only to: create and maintain accounts, activate subscriptions, generate VPN configurations, manage device limits, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, process payments, maintain service security, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Data Retention

Active account data is retained while your account is active. Inactive accounts may be deleted or anonymized after 12 months. Payment records may be retained as required by tax and legal obligations.

7. Third-Party Services

Safyra uses: Telegram (bot, payments, notifications), payment processors, Cloudflare (DNS, DDoS protection), and hosting providers. These providers do not receive your VPN tunnel traffic content from Safyra.

8. No Sale of Personal Data

Safyra does not sell, rent, trade, or disclose personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or behavioral advertising networks.

9. User Rights

10. Account Deletion

You may request deletion at any time via [email protected] or @Safyra_bot. Some data may be retained where required by law.

11. Changes to This Policy

Safyra may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Telegram bot or website. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
